SM Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is a technology-driven start-up focused on the design and development of high-performance RFIC and MMIC solutions for next-generation 4G/5G/6G, Wireless, Radar, SATCOM, Telecom, Instrumentation, IoT, Defence, Aerospace and Test & Measurement applications.
Founded by a team of experienced RF and microwave engineers, the company is committed to delivering innovative, reliable and scalable semiconductor solutions.
Our core expertise lies in the design and realization of RFIC/MMICs using GaAs 100 nm technology, covering a wide frequency range from DC to 50 GHz. We have successfully developed and validated multiple RF integrated circuits addressing both microwave and millimeter-wave applications.
Millimeterchips has demonstrated strong capabilities across a broad spectrum of RF functionalities, including Low Noise Amplifiers (LNAs), Power Amplifiers (PAs), Mixers and RF Switches, with an emphasis on performance, integration and manufacturability. Our designs are optimized to meet demanding requirements such as low noise, high linearity, high output power and wideband operation.
In addition to IC design, we provide complete RF system enablement, including high-frequency PCB and evaluation board design, ensuring seamless transition from chip-level development to system-level validation. This end-to-end capability allows us to support customers from concept and design through prototyping, testing and production readiness.

Executive Leadership

DR. SANJAY MOGHE
Founder and CEO of SM Technologies Pvt. Ltd.

Dr. Moghe brings over 45 years of experience in the wireless industry. He previously co-founded RF Solutions, serving as President and CTO from 2000 to 2003, where the company became a leader in Wi-Fi RF chips before being acquired by Anadigics in 2003. He has extensive startup and industry experience, including RF Solutions and Pacific Monolithics and has helped raise over $17 million in funding while leading engineering teams of more than 40 engineers across organizations such as Raytheon, Avantek, Northrop Grumman, ADC Telecom and Micro Linear. Dr. Moghe has developed over 600 RF IC products using SiGe, GaAs (MESFET, PHEMT and HBT) and BiCMOS technologies, holds six granted patents, has published 45 papers in international journals and has chaired numerous conferences. He earned his Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from RPI and an MS in Physics from the University of Louisville (USA). Dr. Sanjay has also been actively involved in IEEE 802-xx and other standards bodies, including chairing the IEEE 802.16 PHY group for the unlicensed band from 2000 to 2001.
